encounter glitch

i have a problem. I went to the turtle bay safe house to reveal encounters and after i did the UN mission with the helicopter and all. After i finished that, the availible encounters dissapeared. i have tried going back to the map to re-reveal them to no luck. I did all other encounters including midtown east. I am 40 health resources short of the dissaster aid.  i already have 100% tech and security. any suggestions?.

Same as I was going to say or make sure you were not part of a group members game while looking for for the new encounters. If I am not mistaken if they had already done them then they would not have showed up for you.
