ChrisGood805 Hacker? Cheater?

Anyone come across the player "ChrisGood805" in the DZ?  I have and something is off... looks like he's hacking/cheating/glitching. 

It appears he's using the RPM glitch or something similar to it. He's had all kinds of crit damage and crit chance. 

Anyone else having issues with this player?

Haven’t played Division in a while, but from what I understand, if he’s using the RPM glitch Massive will catch and ban him.
