    Tac build: normally run a heal station as primarily for incursions and legendary. My heal station has a cooldown of 10 secs, so don't need that extra heal.  Plus have predatory and determined , so heal and more skill haste.     I don't think there is a meta now, ninja has opened up a lot of build possibilities. I've never really paid much attention to what others are doing ...
