    Yep.  It's fun.  I actually run it mostly with vigorous vest.  Boosts toughness to 560k and then my booster shot is also an overdose ??.  Drop an immunizer and the team is untouchable especially once the tac buff hits.  Smart Cover is insane on the build as well

    Yes, you definitely want toughness above 400k on that build and switching to two final measure is a great move.

    Thanks for the feedback.  This is how I sit as of today.  I keep thinking about adding DPS but I don't seem to be as weak as I look and the defense is just so addicting.

    Yep.  I've been running it that way for a few days.  I hate having to switch stuff to restock and I was reluctant to give up the toughness.  It does feel like you are right and the EDR gain more than offsets the toughness loss.

    Tactical tank builds

    Working on two tactician tank builds.  This one with lone star for ammo capacity (tired of switching gear for ammo) and has higher toughness: And this one with final measure with 65% exotic damage resilience at a cost if 33k toughness.  I am aware how low my DPS is but I used to run 4...

    Currently working on two versions of a tactician tank, one with 4 tac and 2 lone star which I love because of the huge ammo capacity And this one with 4 tac and 2 Final measure.  I haven't tried it yet, I lose 33k toughness but gain 65% exotic DMG resilience.  Haven't tried this one out yet...
