    Yea, I had just thought of a possible farming exploit if they don't. General Assembly, there's like 3 named enemies on that mission. Raptor, domino, and col bliss. Do it on hard mode, and boom, 3 lvl 30 named enemies. Means 3 he drops. So here's hoping they make hard just a little bit more...
