    I was told last night, by some randoms, that burn resistance and stats like that are capped at 30%. I don't know if there is any truth to that, that's just what I was told. Has anyone heard or seen anything different? I got deadly and brutal to roll on my m1a with 163% hs dmg. when I checked...

    I believe the new cards drop in june, but am unsure when the high end Ti comes out. I am also waiting for the new cards.

    Thats true. I do run to extractions without loot and aim/shoot my pistol at people, but i usually let them extract before going rogue on them.

    We can agree to disagree on that. I prefer a heads up fight, not one where they are dead before they can fire a shot. not saying i havent shot someone in the back, but i dont do it at extractions. Its just how i play. There is not right or wrong here. Everyone has their own idea of whats fun...

    This is all based on rogues actually going rogue to steal materials. This wont apply to those that do it for xp and/or dz keys. Some interesting ideas though. I liked the one about the moving APC, but that seems hard to implements. Especially since the coders don't know how to properly code...

    that's what I was thinking, but it seems odd to me that when I run lower dz. I use my normal gear (lowest gs on that is 182) and 1 lvl 204 gun now (used to be the 163 Aug). All I have to do is equip two green guns to do this, but if I equip, for example, my lvl 138 m1a as a secondary my GS jumps...
