    I'm pretty sure you build the cosmetic vendor through the security wing section, not sure what it's actually called but he has a new skin every day! I just wish they didn't take up space and that you could preview them

    Garment District Safe house side mission glitching

    This happened in two safe houses for me, eventually they just allow you to complete them so check back periodically. If you're in a group with people trying leaving the group so you're on your own, that worked for me on one occasion. Also perhaps just restart your game? They will work for you...

    I have a lot of time, but the fastest way to level up is side missions and main missions. I did all of those first and hit 30 before I finished the last story mission I'm pretty sure. A lot of fun though!

    Yes. If you look down at the bottom of the column on the far right under the perks the item will have a power level. 31  is what you're looking for at this point

    I barely spent any money while leveling up to 30, random drops always seemed to work out better since you're always out-leveling gear. So now I'm sitting on cash and don't know what to do with it haha
