    Are you seeing this throughout the game. Every once in a great while I've seen lag or what appears like a screen pause in the PvE area but the Dark Zone is where I notice the worst of it.

    I was able to play a little but the servers still seem unstable after the maintenance window ended. I ended up disconnected while finishing the end of a hard mode daily.

    Not sure if you ever figured this out but I was having the same problem till this morning. I went to manage games on my Xbox One and the Agents pack was there waiting for downloading. Up till now it never showed.

    I'm having the same problem. Entered the code in the xbox "redeem a code" area, it said I now own the item yet nothing downloaded and its not found in store or in my items waiting to be installed.

    It would be nice if there was a timer from the beginning. I killed most named bosses I came across when I first ran into them at low levels. I didn't realize at the time that they won't respawn and I'd kill everything that moved.
