    Xbox Live Division 2 freezes at 10% every time while loading in

    I am playing on my Xbox one x and installed the digital download of Tom Clancy yesterday. The first time I played I was able to create a character and do the tutorial and then it froze when I got to the White House. Now I can’t even load into a game because it stops at 10% and freezes
