Weapons Worth Grinding For in Beta

Hey everyone Chewy here,

A few comments in another article spurred this on for RAR here in the forums. We want to know what items you personally will be grinding or saving up your credits for come the start of the Open Beta. Lets discuss the What and Why

In my personal opinion and as a suggestion to all the Beta New Comers, wait to grind until your maxed out on your PVE level for the Beta. I found that I started early and was unable to get the best loot until that level allowed me to get into the Level 8 PVE bracket then level up in DZ where loot will be more suitable and recalibrate at level 12.

I personally waited to gear up until I hit lv 8 then went right into the lv 8 bracket DZ. You could for example, go into 7 to try and grind up some dz credits but I never had an issue with it personally. If you can get into the lv 8 bracket asap you could during closed get the Dark zone chest before they went inactive and that netted a nice DZ credit profit.

My pride and joy after spending hours server hopping for new vendors was a superior  m1a classic with 2.2k dmg un-modded.It also came with a lovely roll of  20% accuracy 20% stability weapon talents. Modded was around 2.4k dmg sitting pretty near 6k dps.

Really hoping to get my hands on a Superior bolt-action sniper rifle this time around. During the closed beta I only managed to get my hands on a blue version.  

Looking forward to whatever the new high end weapons are as well.

Be on the look out for an m44 185% hs dmg sup with a talent that gives 25% crit chance on your first shot out of combat. I pulled off some nasty 6-7k headshot crits on players.

I'm going to be doing some hunting for a superior M44 and the most stabilising grip I can find!

Also a good SMG I can't remember which one I had in the closed beta but one I gave it a good stability mod and better accuracy it absolutely melted things! (No actual melting took place)

That is a thing of beauty! I hope I find it and one of those scopes this time.  However, I also hope the Dark Zone vendors aren't selling different things in each instance even though it would make it easier for me to find it.

I am with you on this. I am messing with my game-play style to see if I will like a different approach

I've managed to get my hands on a M249 in the closed beta and loved it, I hope I find it sooner this time around. 

Also a police or military variant of the MP5 would be neat, I love that weapon.

I liked it but could not use it much.. Throw a grip on there and you can control it pretty well. My build was vulnerable though. I had super high DPS and super low everything else lol. like 3 shots and I was done for!

i'm actually more interested in grinding the purple attachments. those seem pretty worthwhile.

I enjoyed using LMG's in the beta. Allowed me to suppress enemies while my team flanks.

I'm going to be looking for that lovely M1A.  I got one in the alpha and loved it.  Never got a solid one worth using in the closed beta.  Plus I would like to see what other side arms there are.  Didn't pay much attention to them last two go rounds.

I found a specialized MP5 that was burst fire in the short time I played the beta. It handled like a dream.
