Need some tips on making the division agent that was featured in the survival trailer

Ok so for those who don't know who I'm talking about its the division agent from the survival trailer the one who escaped the helicopter crash so I noticed they used a face that is in the actual game when you start a new character anyways so I want to create him as close as possible for example dose it look like to y'all that he has a mild scruffy beard or kinda a scruffy beard like one that hasn't grown to the mild one yet also what do you think his iris color is I'm thinking maybe dark brown but idk suggestions would be awesome to hear btw I know the hair and the hair color and as far as the brightness of the skin tone I think I got it it's the 3rd one from the right and hair is I think 3rd one or 2nd one from the left maybe I have no clue and it's face 7 I think
