my black market ak good or bad?

 i just got an black market ak that does 13% damage increased when closer than 10 meters, and farther than 40 meters and 18% armor damage against elites. is that good or? idk much about stats  would it be good against only the purple/gold guys? or can i use it for everything.

The 18% damage against elites is very good. The elites is the guys in gold that soaks up your bullets. Just check what the base damage is and your DPS after some attachments. Generally the AK has a nasty recoil so try and counter that with grips and barrel attachments. And if you can't find something to decrease the recoil then burst fire is your friend.
