Hello Agents,
If you are experiencing connectivity issues (Mike or Delta errors) please read and follow these steps first:
Please follow the steps outlined in this troubleshooting article here:

If you are still having issues after these steps please post here with the following information:
• ISP:
• Router model:
• Wired/wireless connection
• Country
• Campus/Military/Home/Business/School network
(PC ONLY) If you played the closed beta please go to:
/My Documents/My Games/The Division/
Please delete all files here and try relaunching the game

- Next please can you disable and the enable UPnP on your router. Please make sure to reset your router and try the game each time you change this setting.
- If you still cannot connect please flush your DNS cache:
- a. Click Start
b. Enter cmd in the Start menu search box
- c. Right click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
- d. Run the following command: ipconfig /flushdns
- Next change your DNS to the google DNS 8.8.8.8. NOTE: before doing this note down your current DNS so you can revert back to this if this does not work:
