Perfect low end DZ run last night. Enter solo, bump into a couple of guys...atmosphere is frosty but civil then run into a solo so we team up and have a decent run through DZ01-03 before I had to call it a night. I didn't pick up anything massively useful but managed to massage my GS to 159
Is it odd that MY patch "wish list" is all about rebalancing the game by adjusting crafting, gear drops, encouraging intelligent use of Rogue status etc and has nothing about ...

FIRST time in the DZ last night ... I'm level 27 ... alone. I go about 100m in and bump into two Ai mobs (one with a roaming named character!). I defeated them both but burned through virtually all my ammunition!! The drop was pretty lame so I left it and stepped back out of the DZ. A positive first dip but notice I need to be higher level or with friends next time. LOL!
I have spare character slots...one will ABSOLUTELY be an escaped Riker convict posing as a Division Agent (killed them and took their stuff)
OH MY GOD! I just realised its FLAT IRON ...not Flatitron (which used to be a TV brand)....yikes! Sorry New York!
Ever wondered why there are so many Riker inmates in Manhattan? Seems a long way to go for them, especially as Brooklyn and Jackson are the main areas linked to Riker Island....hints of the future perhaps?
I again count myself lucky to have had relatively so few and short lived issues with the game. Last night was the first time I had the game crash to desktop. A restart of the game and I'm back in...though it was midway through the power station instance which was annoying for poor player I left in there. I got back in and she was alive still.
You know you like a game when its mid-week, you have to be up at 6am but you look at the clock and realise its 2am and you don't feel tired ... yikes!! I really had to drag myself out of the game last night!!
No Season Pass competition yet? What witchcraft is this!! Gunter! Wake up... lol
Announcement - I have not yet taken this character into the DZ yet!! Just hit level 23, what's the status in there? Still deadly if you're alone? (I do hope so).
Thanks to JohnnyBundle who I teamed up with last night he managed to drag me through some instances and bump me up to level 23! Now to consolidate my position and clear a couple of zones of side missions etc
Also realising I still know so little about skills, perks and agent builds as I'm sat at work scratching my head on how to get higher than level 2 hazard biocontainment so I can get into a side mission tonight with level three filters required.
Oh! here we go... I hit level 20 and with the new update I have a load of specialised blueprints but ABSOLUTELY NOT ENOUGH MATERIALS. (and I missed out on killing a purple named boss in the street last night! stupid hit detection on his grenade...I was absolutely out of that blast zone game!! screw you!) LOL
*Still hoping for an end story where we have an Apocalypse Now scenario where we find the reason the agents have gone rogue in the DZ is that they found a "truth" out that chills us to the bone*
Of course, I stupidly skipped the long read of the instructions around the new patch but ... how do I see my gear score or is it only something for lvl 30+ players?
HAVE to admit to being a little let down that the patch only panders to end-game with hardly anything for new players or players in mid-range but I guess its the lvl 30's that shout the loudest.
I've just thought of the concept of a group of Professional Rogues, latter day "merry men", a bunch of Captain Jack Sparrow nefarious evil doers who are just as likely to use threats to get you to drop items than shoot you in the back. I don't feel the random quality of gamers who go rogue now is really cutting it ... Rogues need to get orgainsed!
Not much game time last night but will try again tonight. I managed just a side mission to get me to lvl 17 at least.
Computer did the crash, restart and stuck in BIOS thing again ... didn't recognise I had any drives available either...so perhaps NOT anything to do with Nvidia drivers or Division. No narrowing to either overheat or a hardware fault with either SATA cables/connections or the SSD itself.
Plan now to obtain another SSD or low capacity HDD as a "back-up" OS drive. The main HDD is appearing to be unaffected thankfully.
Got a Delta error code last night and was so scared!! Managed to connect in the end after letting Steam do a content check, logging out of and restarting uPlay a few times etc ... phew...
